Short of making my own, the absolute BEST chocolate cake on the planet! Everything at the Windsor Rose is fresh and authentic. The service is excellent and the tea, divine. I highly recommend this quaint, lovely tea room who anyone who appreciates great food, wonderful atmosphere and a touch of British elegance.
